The reservation management system with which we work has general conditions, but the following conditions will apply to your reservation at Villa El Buzo.

Deposit required upon reservation

You must pay one night to make the reservation. Minimum 1 night. The rest of the amount will be charged upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

We will refund the amount of your deposit if you cancel at least 7 days before the date of entry.

Bookings

Only room reservations are accepted, never the entire villa.

Over 16 years

Only over 16 years old due to the peculiarity of the villa and to preserve a unique atmosphere.

Pets

Pets are not welcome.

Villa El Buzo offers independent unique guest rooms of approximately 25 square meter feeting facing the ocean

WHAT WE DO FOR YOU

Villa El Buzo is a private villa that offers only four double rooms. It is a place of exclusive and restricted access.

Even so, these are some of the measures we have taken to guarantee health safety during your stay:

Maximum occupancy

Villa El Buzo, with only 4 double rooms, can accommodate a maximum of eight guests.

Self check-in with code.

Individual, simplified access without the need for assistance to your own room.

Breakfast

Served directly to your table. With the safety distance from the other 3 tables. All sterilized. Used only once every 24 hours.

Swimming pool – solarium

Frequently sterilized furniture and items. You will have hand gel and sterilizing liquid in case you want to use them.

Cleaning and disinfection

Sheets, towels, crockery, are cleaned in the villa with Miele and Gaggenau machines at high temperatures for your safety. You will be surprised by the whiteness of your room.

Trained staff

Provided with FPP2 masks, specially trained, they will follow a demanding safety protocol and advise you at any time and in any situation.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR GUESTS

Because we take care of you, if you are going to stay at Villa El Buzo be sure that you read the following protocol:

Arrival self check-in.

1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces and items in your room takes the minimum amount of time necessary.
2. Use your personal code to access the villa individually.
3. Don’t forget to wear your mask. If you have forgotten, we can provide it.

Departure check-out

1. The check-out time limit is at 12 noon. The villa has only four rooms.
2. Our hostess will have the check-out prepared for you in advance. If you prefer to do it in another way, request it in advance to ftrujillo@villaelbuzo.com.

Solarium and swimming pool common areas

1. Try to keep a distance of more than 2 meters from the guests in the other three rooms, otherwise it is required by law that you wear your mask.
2. Frequently use the hand sanitizer dispensers that you will find in various locations and also in your room.
3. Tables, chairs and hammocks are sterilized daily. However, for your safety, use the sterilization products that you will find in that area. Please avoid dropping the disposable paper into the pool.
4. For hygiene reasons, the consumption of drinks or food is not allowed in the solarium and swimming pool. If you wish, prior notice, we will provide crockery and cutlery in your room so that you can enjoy your lunch or dinner in peace and with unique views from your own terrace.

 

Breakfast on the terrace of the villa

1. Breakfast hours are from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
2. All surfaces, tables, chairs are sterilized after each use, and are not used again until the next day. Each table maintains a safe distance from the rest so that you can feel safe. All crockery and cutlery is cleaned at more than 80ºC.
3. 3. Our hostess, equipped with an FPP2 mask, will prepare breakfast according to her preferences and will serve it directly to the table without you having to go.
4. 4. Remember to come with your mask because, although the four existing tables maintain a safe distance, you can start a friendly conversation with other guests and both you and they will feel safer if you wear your mask.

Cleaning your room

1. At Villa El Buzo rooms are cleaned and disinfected daily. We do not trust the washing tunnels of industrial laundries, which is why all bed linen (100% cotton) and crockery are cleaned in the villa with Miele and Gaggenau machines at more than 60ºC and 80ºC respectively. The whiteness of your room will surprise you. . If you also prefer that nobody enter your room during your stay, tell us in advance and we will do so.

Emergencies

1. If you have symptoms and think you may have COVID-19 during your stay, first call 112 where you will receive first medical attention.
